Halifax Vogel Group (HVG) is a privately owned Australian company that imports and distributes building, industrial and plastic materials throughout Australia, New Zealand and other Pacific markets.
History
Formerly two companies, Halifax Group (est. mid 1950’s) and L Vogel & Son (est. early 1950’s), HVG was formed in 1994. Parent company Sanwa Holdings Pty Ltd (www.sanwa.com.au) is itself a leading Australian trading company.
In August 2007 Halifax Vogel Group acquired Alucobond Architectural and Octanorm Australia.
