General Information
PRICES
All products, including backorders will be charged at the price prevailing at the time the order was placed. All prices quoted are subject to change without notice. If you have any questions concerning prices at the time of ordering, Halifax Vogel Group Customer Service will be happy to quote you firm prices wherever possible.
MINIMUM ORDER:
$100.00 or a $20.00 surcharge will apply.
GST
Applicable on all products, freight and services, based on statutory rates of 10%.
TERMS:
Our terms are net thirty (30) days. Payment by cash, cheque, credit card or direct deposit.
DELIVERY CHARGES
All deliveries within Sydney (Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong and ACT), Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide
Metro will incur a $23.00 delivery charge. An on forwarding charge will apply for deliveries outside the metropolitan area.
All flat sheet substrates will incur a $35 delivery charge in metro areas. Outside metro the applicable rate will be charged.

DELIVERY TIMES
Local orders placed up to close of business (5pm) will be dispatched the following day. Please allow 5 working days for delivery of orders where a conversion of stock is required. Orders placed by 1.00pm EST will be dispatched the same day and delivered in ex Sydney:
Melbourne & Brisbane Next day
Adelaide 2 working days
Perth 5 working days
Tasmania 5 working days
New Zealand By air – approximately 4 working days, by sea – approximately 3 weeks
CONVERSION SERVICES
HVG offer a full custom sheeting, slitting and cut to size to your requirements. Please consult your local customer service representative for prices and conversion times.
NB: Splices (joins) HVG and their suppliers endeavour wherever possible to provide splice free rolls. However this is not always possible, and where splices do occur, they will be flagged to help identification.
CLAIMS & REFUNDS
1. No returns will be accepted or made on cut size sheets or meterage orders.
2. Goods for return must be authorised and a “Goods Return Authorisation Number” must be obtained prior to HVG accepting return.
When receiving deliveries, make certain that all packages are in good condition before signing for them. Claims for faulty material must be made in writing within seven (7) days of the date of invoice.
A restocking fee of $ 40.00 or 10% of invoice value (whichever is higher) will apply on any stock that is returned to us (subject to our agreement to do so).
